I think its very hard to even FIND the FTP-Tool in HTMLPad. And i think you should make a new Sidebar (like Inspector, Library etc) for Site Projects from wich Users can upload directly to a specified Server (It gets boring to always select the server). I mean, like in Homesite, fixed FTP-Servers ...
