I just checked. when you select a section of code that is commented and use the shortcut key it will double comment but, if you actually choose Insert> Block Comment from the toolbar, it will uncomment and not double comment. Here is a screenshot of the problem I have trying to uncomment a segment of code. I haven't been able to pinpoint a specific condition under which it fails, but will monitor it more.

I found it very odd when I first tired Rapid PHP that there were not default shortcuts set by the program for line and block comments. This is one of the downfalls I have with the application. Add Support for SQL Browser over SSH
I always connect to a MySQL database over SSH and am unable to use the SQL Browser in Rapid PHP because it does not offer support for this. I tried to create a tunnel using Putty but had no luck and had to switch back to MySQL Workbench.
