Bug in CSS-Preview Path

After Installation of Version 8, the Path to the Preview- Default.htm is wrong. Options- Preferences- Preview- CSS Preview- Preview Files:
C:\Programme\Webuilder 2006\data\preview\default.htm

Bug in Toolbar Memory

When I switch on the php- Toolbar and place them between the main window and the massage window, it is in place. After Restarting Webuilder, the php-Toolbar is on the bottom of the Window and I must have to place them again.
