Yes, it's captivate.

It was part of a job contract I had to create visual online tests. Just comes in handy now and then, so I kept it.

Minor Annoyance...

While this is nothing major, it is a little annoyance that caught me this morning... I doubt it will catch many... as I said, it's just minor. 1. Open RapidPHP 2. Connect to FTP site via RapidPHP (works fine) 3. Disconnect from FTP 4. Close the File Explorer 5. Open the File Explorer back up via the ...

Yeah. I got that. ;-)

Got the newest version. Haven't put the FTP thru the paces yet. Found a little annoyance. Will post a thread on it. (gosh, you people will hate me)

I see there's a new version today...

Of course, after downloading, it wants me to register the thing again...

I can deal with a mid-september release of the update. Until then, I'll just continue to use a stand alone ftp client to do the transfers.

Many thanks.

OK, I might be a little confused here with the process... 1.) I pay for a piece of software 2.) I have a problem, and report it / ask for help 3.) Am given a few suggestions, all of which I've tried. 4.) I get told to wait until an update, but that MIGHT not solve my issue. I'm not wanting to sound ...

Just out of curiosity, how long does it normally take Karlis to address issues?

That's what I'm trying to get out of. I use FlashFXP as a FTP client, but the amount of time saved by not having to switch to another client to FTP a file up is incredible...

The odd thing is this didn't happen until I got the full blown version of the software....

When I delete the file on the server, then try to resave it via RapidPHP's FTP option, I get errors. Using the "Save and upload to FTP" button: FTP Error: Access Denied or file not found. Of course it's not found. I deleted it. Leads me to think RapidPHP's caching it again.... Using File -> Save to ...

OK, here's what *just* happened... I edited a FAQ on one of my pages via FTP. I added some lines, saved to ftp, worked fine. I *DELETED* the lines, and it all went whacky. This is the end of the file as it is shown on Rapid PHP: <tr> <td bgcolor="#FFFFCC">We accept all common formats, including ...

There is a topic here about files being truncated: I saw that one, but didn't think that duplicating the last X lines was truncating a file... It happens when I edit an existing file. Either by FTP, or locally then FTP'ing it up to the server. I just tested it on a new file, and it didn't do ...

Possible Bug? : Rapid PHP 2006 Adding lines of code?

Rapid PHP 2006 Ver 7.2 (7.2.0.68) First off, I love the product. I was using the demo of htmlpad2006, and when I went to purchase, found RapidPHP 2006, and bought it instead. Here's the problem I am having: When I edit a file locally and save it to the FTP site, something get's goofed in the code I ...
