Is there any update on this? if not, i'd really like my money back b/c this software just won't work for me if there is no solution. thanks in advance for your reply.

I, too, can verify that I am running version 2.7.0.25 and when I restart my PC the quotas get disabled. very frustrating. fast switching has been disabled as well. any help would be appreciated.
