Re: xara webstyle ??
Thanks Joe, for your reply.
My own experience with Xara is similar to yours,
and I too now prefer inkscape.
Just a question of how the brain's wired, I guess.

xara webstyle ??
Hi Guys
I'm thinking about a Xara webstyle graphics editor to
go with my htlmpad. I reckon it may save me a load of time.
Anyone have an opinion?
Thanks.

Browser detection
Hi
My Firefox insists on calling itself Netscape. Since the two require different methods of page formatting it's important that I can tell them apart.
In fact - I'd be grateful for any spare wisdom on browser detection.
Thanks
Anthony

Just when you thought it was safe to go back into the water-
I resurface in this forum. Yesterday I bought your screensaver factory pro as a display medium for some animations. Though I have already written stuff (in Delphi) that will display them at various speeds and resolutions, I have found (to my anger, shame and frustration) that the actual screensaver ...

A more in-depth discussion
Hi Guys Hope you had a nice holiday. I have a question for you: As a long time Pascal programmer I find I have a lot of trouble with the seemingly undisciplined and unstructured nature of HTML, and JS isn't, to my eyes, much better. There seem to me to be no rules about what, or in what order you ...

Javascript stopped working - Part IIXXV
Ok Will, I've done that Initially it's both exciting and baffling Firebug doesn't seem to have any instructions or help files of it's own - A few pointers here would be greatly appreciated Karlis - I'm not sure how to break this to you - but I've been using F12, not F2, which is why the F5 gave me ...

Thank you, Sy, for the info
I surmise that you are as yet undecided about firefox and firebug then, but I reckon I'll have to try them out anyway. I am assuming firefox is a browser, and firebug a debugger? Trouble is I've only given myself til Christmas to get this website up and running, so can't change horses right now. I'm ...

Here's another clue
It seems that after Hpad has detected a javascript error, in subsequent tests it doesn't start at the first instruction on the page
The next time the page is tested (displayed wit F12) the code is acted on from the point where it previously left off
