Does the WebBuilder include Rapid PHP product, and the Rapid CSS product? These may sound like stupid questions... but nowhere in the sales information does it explicitly state that WebBuilder includes the Rapid CSS application and the Rapid PHP. Thank you for your prompt reply... the day grows ...

Is Rapid CSS part of Rapid PHP... or do I have to purchase both?
