Yes - file explorer is docked and my C: drive must be expanded to view folders in order for this to occur. I also noticed it in FTP view but not in Projects view.

When working with many files it would be nice to have an option for stacking the tabs instead of having those that don't fit out of view. Also, having the active tab highlighted would nice.

It's actually quite possible. I have used PSPad an open source HTML editor. It's nice but not nearly as flexible or intuitive as WeBuilder.
