Re: WeBuilder replicable crash
Is the crashing mainly when using the Mozilla preview? Do you use flash objects in your pages? This is known to cause issues. As for the sluggishness I notice as well; does it help if turning off cursor synch? I notice many times the editor seems to bog down after a few hours open (which doesn't ...

Re: WeBuilder replicable crash
version 11.0.1.127, Win7 Ultimate - up to date I consistently get crash notices whenever using preview. The popup dialogue asks to continue or quite the program. If I click continue it keeps popping up until I close the preview. Another issue is that often times my cursor doesn't display when ...

Re: Happy Customers: Testimonials are very needed
WeBuilder 2011 is outstanding. I've been using this program since 2007 and I'm extremely pleased with the new features. HTML 5, CSS3 support is great, and the new code-to-preview and preview-to-code highlighting is brilliant! Thanks for all your hard work. I'm glad I purchased the three upgrade ...

Re: preview page
A good example of this would be Live View in Dreamweaver CS4 which allows you to click or highlight text in the preview pane so it jumps to and highlights the same text in the code view pane. I much prefer WebBuilder to CS4 for code editing, so having this feature would really speed up the working ...

Bug Report with CSS code formatting
I on Webuilder 9.0.0.96 running a new computer with WinXP Pro - fully updated. I tried formatting a CSS page using the default settings and it stripped out all my comments. When I checked "remove comments" it left them in. So this feature works in reverse. Also, when using the check CSS command it ...

Code Collapse and Word Wrap
Is there any chance that Code Collapse will work with Word Wrap turned on at some point in the future? I work with Word Wrap on but would really like to use the code collapse feature. Thanks
I love the new version - highlighting of open/close tags/statements is really helpful.

Re: Cannot restore after being minimized.
Yes - file explorer is docked and my C: drive must be expanded to view folders in order for this to occur. I also noticed it in FTP view but not in Projects view.

Re: Cannot restore after being minimized.
I think I found something that may allow you to replicate the error. If I minimize when "File Explorer-Folders" is open and C: is expanded to view folders, or when in "File Explorer-FTP" then the problem occurs. If I go to "File-Explorer-Projects" or any other tab view then there is no problem. Out ...

Re: Cannot restore after being minimized.
I am also having this problem of not being able to restore from a minimized state on WeBuilder 2008. I purchased the upgrade so WeBuilder 2007 is still on my system and it does not have that problem. As someone posted previously, the following procedure works - until the bug is fixed: "I found that ...

file tabs enhancement
When working with many files it would be nice to have an option for stacking the tabs instead of having those that don't fit out of view. Also, having the active tab highlighted would nice.
Thanks,

The ability to find code and text via x-ray or Code Explorer
A key advantage of WYSIWIG even if you don't use the editor function is the ability to quickly locate code or text in a document (Dreamweaver). Looking through a long page of html to find an area you want to edit is painful. Granted you can do a search for a tag or text but that's cumbersome ...

It's actually quite possible. I have used PSPad an open source HTML editor. It's nice but not nearly as flexible or intuitive as WeBuilder. That said, it does have a DOM centric view on its code explorer which is very useful. Certainly if an open source program like this can do it then Karlis can as ...
