I cannot find any topics about this problem anymore, the changelog says this problem is fixed but the file assoziation still don't work for me.
I am using Windows Vista Ultimate and WeBuilder 2008 Version 9.41 Build 103.

Any help would be welcome

Hello, I am really curious why it's not possile to finanlly fixing some bugs and functions which are easy to programm. I am talking about Hiding the Preview Toolbar, since one year I am waiting for it, to be able to disable it whiel viewing my php scripts. And like other demanded closing other Tabs ...

The BOM bug is indeed really annoying and causes touble programming a clean utf-8 website for international usage.
