It turns out i need a program that turns the animated picturte into a vtf file but i like this prgram so much i will not ask for my money back .

Yes thats it i just want to use the picture i made from this program on the game but the file dosnt show up when i import it.so i need to know which file type it needs to be and how to get it to that file type.

so what im looking for is somebody to tell me the correct file type i need it in and how do get it there.

here are the files i see when try to import the picture , .jpg , .bmp , .tge and .vtf i assume its vtf.
