I would love to have the capabilities to move the stationary bottom tabs "Code Editor, Preview, Horizontal Split and Vertical Split" to the top of my screen instead of them being at the bottom of the screen.

Having just purchased HTML Pad 2008 Ver. 9.1 I would like to know if I can change the "new doc" type from XHTML Strict to XHTML Transitional and if so where can I make that change please?
