Try Spket. It's not for XML only. It's the best editor for JavaScript i've ever seen.

I'm very need auto complete for XSLT-constructions. I don't want to use external editor for XML and XSL, but i have to, 'cause if everytime to type something like '<xsl:apply-templates>' means waste much time.
