better from file comments:

and bottom of screen or at left part opening all todo-list generating at this (or in all opened) file.

Many thanks for product WeBuilder 2008.
Only one thing for me is out: all of my Projects at win1251 coding, and files opening not correctly with Russian text.
Please, do something at near update!
