GIF ANimator does not install

Got GIF Animator as part of my purchase with Rapid PHP and it does not install.

Running Vista Ultimate

Any help will be helpful.

Install Error

Hello,

Just purchased Rapid PHP and I am getting an install error:

Unable to execute file in the temporary directory. Setup aborted.

Error 5: Access Denied.

Rapid PHP 2008

Vista Ultimate

8GB RAM

Any help soon will be helpful
