How does HTMLpad decide wheter to return the absolute vs relative path from an image link or a file link? On one computer I add a hyperlink (through the HTMLPad dialog box) and it returns something like c:\myfolder\mypath1\mypath2\myfilie.htm On another it returns ..\mypath2\myfilie.htm (which is ...

Can someone tell me where (on the directory) are the code snippets / Library stored? Id like to save these and use them on my other setup - is there a way to export / import these? I've read other topics about wanting to save user settings... that would be pretty cool, however it seems like these ...
