I noticed last night that after the Inet protector schedule expired at 10:30, and internet explorer stopped functioning as it usually does ... my daughter was able to activate and use Skype with her friends ... is this a known issue?, or is there something I can do to make sure that get's disabled ...

While the machine is running, iNet protector seems to work perfectly ... the error is only during system shutdown. My suspicion, at this point, is that the conflict is with webroot parental controls, but there is no easy way for me prove that.
