You can copy/paste each frame to your photo editor, properly placed, and use the features of your photo editor to have it exactly at the same place. For example inPaint Shop Pro, copy/paste into selection will do after have prepared the logo on a picture, and selected all except the logo.

More colours increases the size of a GIF, and more details (specially with textures and dithering) will do also. It is perhaps the reason. In a previous topic, I asked also about palettes, an Karlis confirmed me that an animated Gif will get a bigger size if the frames have different palettes. So ...

For the moment, I resize and position each frame separately in my photo editor before to incorporate them in an animation, but that is only a provisional solution before I understand all from the software. But if meanwhile it can help. :wink:

I would create animations from pictures edited in Paint Shop Pro 9, and I want to use them on the web. Then the size of the file must be taken in account.
