+1 here too! We have 5 copies here in my shop, but we're not buying any future versions until these very basic feature get built in. Come on...is it really that difficult?

Sortable/resizeable/selectable column labels in the File Explorer would a HUGE benefit for myself.

Add JSP to Text Editor -> Colors -> Language
I just switched over from Homesite (R.I.P.) and found that JSP files are missing from the code coloring schemes. Would love to it built-in.
