Problem solved, I updated two other programs and the problem is gone, WeBuilder starts with file explorer as it should be

Thanks, it is point 2, the file explorer. If I start WeBuilder withouth the file explorer (e.g. with layout "notepad"), everything is fine, the start goes within two seconds.
