F6 - Open containing folder
View > File explorer
Right Click > Use Shell Menu
Shift Right Click > Copy as Path
Drag and drop into the open file to insert images, css, scripts with all the tags ready for You.
For cmd - Settings > External Tools > External Programs

It depends on what you expect from it. Indentation of the new line is aligned by the previous line but the editor won't indent further if you, say, press Enter after <div>, if that's what you're expecting. If you want a feature like that, please make a topic in Feature Requests forum and let's find ...

This might happen if apostrophe is so called silent key for your keyboard layout, i.e. apostrophe key is used to write accented or other special characters. It seems to be so in your case, since ' didn't appear as soon as you pressed apostrophe key, but both '' appeared at once after you pressed ...
