Positioning of search targets

Postby mwb1100 » Sat Dec 03, 2005 8:45 am

A minor change request - when searching the items found it usually ends up on the very last line of the editor window, making it difficult to understansd the context of what's been found.

It would be nice if when a search target is found that is not already in the edit window (or even if it is but is within a couple lines of the top or bottom) that the line containing the search target will be repositioned to the middle of the edit window so the area around the found item can be viewed.

Take a look at Visual Studio if I'm not being clear.

Sounds clear enough... probably we will manage this already in the first release of 2006...
