This is a feature request: search for frames that have a delay < X msec.
Use case: screen and video capture tools that export straight to GIF sometimes have frames that are 1/2 the previous frame and 1/2 the next frame. These frames are often garbage to be removed. However, the user may want to review each short-duration frame to be sure.
There are a few ways this could be implemented:
Option 1 (best): display a list of just the short-duration frames, let the user review and select which ones to edit.
Option 2 (decent): select all the short-duration frames in the existing list
Option 3 (simplest): go to the next short-duration frame and select it. Use F3 as a hotkey to select the next frame. This allows the user to quickly review and remove unwanted frames by pressing F3, review, optional DELETE, F3, review, etc.
Maybe option 1 and 2 can both be implemented.
