I'm not sure how to reproduce this problem. I tried creating 4-frame animation and was able to slide all of the frames just fine. Could you send us some sample images/screenshots to illustrate the problem? You can also write directly to support here: http://www.blumentals.net/support/wizard.php

Hi,

Thanks for the answer.
After reboot of the laptop the problem has disappeared.
But, I have a question - the final file turns out very big to 1 Mb.
How to optimise it, to decrease the size of a file?

To make the file smaller you would have to either make its dimensions smaller by resizing or reduce frame count by making animation shorter or less smooth. The default optimizations are already performed automatically when you saved the animation.

There is one more problem:

If I saved a file of animation with a transparent background that it becomes opaque.
For example, when I open it in a photoshop that a background - white! Why?
How to save gif a file with a transparent background?

The background should not change from transparent to white. Are you sure that is what's happening? If that is the case, please send me the frames so that we can try to reproduce this problem and fix it.

Thanks for the answer.

You can reproduce a problem so:

1. To take two any images in a format png with a transparent background!
2. To create in program Easy GIF Animator any animation.
3. To save animation as gif file.
4. To open this gif a file in a photoshop cs4 : File-> Import-> Fraims video to layers-> in Load dialog (in name file *. *) and get gif file.
5. The animation file has changed the background with transparent to the opaque.

I just created an animation from 2 PNG files with transparent background and the resulting GIF was transparent. I don't have Photoshop so I don't know if it would display them as white but both Windows preview and Web browser display the transparency correctly.

Thanks for the answer, but it are very bad. A problem very important. In a photoshop it is possible to reduce considerably the size of a file without change of sizes of images.
