How can I enable/use step-by-step Xdebug

Postby jPaul » Tue Sep 19, 2023 3:26 pm

Hello Everybody,

I'm using Rapid PHP (17.7.0.248) The path to php.exe is : C/wamp64/bin/php/php8.0.26/php.exe
I have followed the Xdebug installation instructions.

However, when I load a *.php file the Run and Debug Step dialogs are gray and inactive. Unless my expectations are wrong, I should be able to step through each line of code and be able to evaluate any changes to variable contents.

How (and can I) resolve this debug issue. I have no idea how to use this Xdebug properly.
Many Thanks,

Paul
