Safely update HTMLTidy 5.4 to 5.6in Webuilder 16.3

Webuilder 2020 16.3

Hi All:

I have dl'ed HTMLTidy 5.6. It only contains three folders (bin, include, lib) and a few files. The folder C:\Program Files (x86)\WeBuilder 2020\tidy contains a much larger number of files, few of which seem to match the files in the tidy download.

Can I just replace the old tidy.exe with the new one, or am I missing something important here?

Thank you for your time.

We haven't tested it but there's a good chance you can. Just backup the current tidy.exe, replace it with the new one and let us know about the results.
The other files are DLL libraries that Tidy requires, so that it will run even if these libraries are not installed in the system.
