how do I layer another gif or picture ontop of my animation

I am trying to put a gif animation of my name onto a animation I am making. How do I put it into/add it my animation?

I'm afraid you can not merge two animations.

What you can do is to edit your animation manually frame by frame, adding whatever you need to each frame.
