WeBuilder has built in web server, runs from a USB stick, has greater syntax highlighting, the full compliment of language tools, full language support for templates and code snippets - all for an extra 10 EUR.

Well worth springing for the extra 10 euro for the added functionality; even if you think you will never use PHP or some of those features, it is handy to have an editor capable of doing everything.
