Rapid PHP 2008 crashes while writing jQuery

Hello,

First of all i'd like to say that you 've made an excellent editor and while there's room for improvement, after a long period of testing 10s of editor it is now my default and favorite editor.

I've noticed something really weird though while writing jQuery. The application crashes, not all the time, but very often, when i am opening a new function like this

Code: Select all

$('element').click( function() {
<- it crashes here. As i said in a random time basis. Any ideas why?

Unfortunately there is a bug in the parsing routine of JavaScript. We have fixed this, but the update currently is included only in the next major version - 2010.
At this moment no more updates are planned for version 2008. But if more users will report this issue, we will see if it is possible to release one more update for version 2008 with this problem solved.
