Missing "Refresh" option for File Explorer?

Missing "Refresh" option for File Explorer?
Let me know if this exists and I am missing it... but when I am working in a directory on a file, and do a "Save As" several times (creating several new files in that same directory) the file navigator display does not update, and I can't find a way to "refresh" the view. Is there a way?
