HTML code does not show up in window

Has anyone had a issue where the HTML code that you are suppose to copy and paste into your website not showing up?? all files go into the folder I specify but nothing shows in the code window.

How do you mean it? Does it show a blank window? No text at all? Maybe you can scroll sideways or up or down to view the text?

Nobody has ever reported this kind of problem.

If nothing works, please send us your project file and we will try to help.

Make sure the problem is not in simply scrolling the text area. If you do not see the code it does not mean it is not there.

You can also click the text area and press Ctrl+A to select all the text or use the Copy button.

Try this and let us know.

I get the HTML code but it does not show any images on my website. I sent emails asking for help and a phone number. Service is very poor! My only solution is to request a full refund of all products. Rather the problem be fixed but without support I have no choice but to cancel.

Have you uploaded the required images to your website?
Just copying & pasting the code won't upload the images.

Yes, and we replied to your emails. Maybe you never received our replies because your have some type of spam filter?
Currently we do not provide support over phone. Only on rare occasions we can do this.
If you have an URL where we can see the problem, we would be able to assist you better. As MikeyB suggested, most likely you have forgotten to upload your menu images to your web-server.
