Is it possible to uninstall or to remove the iNet Protector by using System Restore in Windows XP?
How to prevent this?

Yes, you can uninstall/remove anything (even the most secure applications) using system restore, there is no way around this, except proper user rights management - make sure your users have limited accounts and not Windows accounts with administrator privileges.
