Tabbed editor close icon on button

Hi there,

I love Rapid PHP 2010 - and it just keeps getting better.
I love the tabbed multi-document controls and especially ability to right-click and 'Close Other'

Small feature request:
Can you add a 'close' icon on the tab button that DOESN'T require me to right-click and navigate the context menu?

SQLYog has recently made substantial improvements to their MYSQL editor and have tab controls like this:


In that program the currently selected tab has a close icon that highlights when you hover over it, but the close icon is also present but greyed-out on inactive tabs. Moving over an inactive tab (as in the image) highlights the close icon and the user can then click it to close the inactive tab without having to view it or access the context menu.

Hi Martin,

I know this has been asked a few times in the past, but cannot say if it's on the list of possible things to do add.

But in the mean time, what you can do, is click on a tab with the middle mouse button or the mouse wheel, and that will close the tab, saves right clicking and using the menu.

I tend to do that in most other programs anyway, even those that have close icons on tabs.
