Encode on fly

Hello, thanks for the great product.

Please add a Feature to change file encoding on fly, like in Notepad++

I don't think that there is a need for that since one is able to set the encoding via the preferences.

1. open preferences
2. scroll to files General
3. change to your default encoding in the right window.
4. click on apply

Actually you can change also encoding for current document (not only for new ones, as mapleleaf suggested).
At the bottom of main window, in status bar right-click the Encoding field (default is "ANSI"), and then choose the encoding you need.
