FTP connection data is stored in the Registry under the following branch: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Karlis Blumentals\Common\BuiltInFtp
This applies to both 2010 and 2011 products. Please check this registry branch on your computer.

Yes, I understand Russian language, but I write in English because other users that do not understand Russian may have similar issues.

Could it be that you're launching both editors from different user perspectives (e.g. one as normal user and other as admin)? In this case HKEY_CURRENT_USER will differ and to fix it just copy the registry key from one to another.

I found all the settings from the file RapidPHP Settings.dat, the registry had no connections. Done manually transfer the settings to the registry, now it works.
