Bug report. Replace dialog, by Ctrl+R

Hello!

I have found some bug, when i work with hieroglyphs.
For example, Korean: <li> 속도 - 집착 : 우리는 </ 리튬>를 만족하지 않고 지속적으로 빠르게
I select: </ 리튬> and press: Ctrl+R
When Replace dialog started, in Search input i have </ ??> instead of </ 리튬>

If i copy </ 리튬> by Ctrl+C and paste (Ctrl+V) into Search Input after dialog started, all work normally.

Webuilder 11.21 (11.2.1.130) on Windows 7. OS language - Russian

WeBuilder currently does not fully support Asian languages.

Would be nice to have this in the future. Maybe for major languages like Spanish and Chinese for starters.
