Hi,
You can simply drag a css file from the File Explorer into your code, and it will create the link, although I find it best to save your HTML file in it's correct location first otherwise it can get the link to the css file wrong!
I think WeBuilder is great, have been using it for about 6 years as my main HTML, ASP, CSS, JavaScript editor.
