How do I get the required, and asked for licence key, in order to activate the free trial version. Thanks

Trial version may be used without the license key for the evaluation period.

I have tried to get my key again through the link and this is what it says :
"Your Easy GIF Animator 5.0 Pro registration info was sent to johns@bellsouth.net"
but I do not receive an email with the key?
I have tried it three times and no email received. Not in my spam or inbox on OutLook
