I am using the UPLOAD TO FTP command and the connection is havong some problems (timeouts). The process starts and when I want to cancel this operation, there nothing happens. The program doesn't responds. I have to kill the task.

Any idea or comment about this?

Hi there,

I would check that a straight ftp program ( e.g. Filezilla ) works OK.

This will tell you if the problem is specific to RapidPHP or a general problem with accessing your web site.

Hi.

I use filezilla as well and sometimes I was encountered with some time outs, but always I am allowed to cancel the process,

In this case I have the cancel window but when I clik on it, nothing happens. I have to kill the program from the task manager. Nothing else works.

Do I made myself more clear?

Thanks,

On our test FTP servers it works just fine, however I believe that you are saying truth, so we will take a look at this possible problem. However, since we are not able to reproduce it, I can not promise quick solution.

Karlis...

Another issue I found last night. The cpu raises to 100% with rapidphp. I can switch and work with another program but not with rapid.

As I mentioned, I have to kill the task with task manager and start it again.

You could be of a great help if you tried to transfer file both via FTP panel (in file explorer) and File -> Open/Save to FTP dialogs and then provide some feedback, whether both caused problems. This might be helpful because each of these features use separate FTP engines.

Hi Karlis.

I think I never used the FILE | SAVE TO FTP . This issue happened using the file explorer only.

Anything else you need, let me know please.
