Activation error

Hello, I downloaded version WeBuilder 2014 (12.0.0.147) and when I paste my KEY I have an error that my key is incorrect. I don't know my order ID.

Go to http://www.webuilderapp.com/support.php and try using Lost license key recovery and if that fails then Contact support team.

Is it different licences 2011 and 2014?

So I saw an action in the main page http://www.blumentals.biz/ru/smsbuy.php ... country=RU
Sent SMS, but didn't get access code ( What should I do.

You need to contact the support team then. They will ask for personal details (like phone number) to find out in SMS service logs what went wrong and we can't do that on public forum.

hi. I just want this to pointed out. When a user downloadsthe installer over the web and given the license key, so the chances here is that the key given might be incorrect? I guess there will be more users who will be getting this issue.
