Check the Support section of the corresponding product first. Chances are you will find your answer there;
Do not create new topics for already reported problems. Add your comments to the existing topics instead;
Create separate topic for each problem request. Do NOT post a number of non-related problem reports in a single topic;
Give your topic a meaningful title. Titles such as "A question," "Bug report" and "Help!" provide others no clue what your message is about;
Include the version number of the software you are using;

How did they just disappear? If you ever exported your settings, they can be restored from that file. Let me know if you have any older or newer settings szip file and I'll try to explain how to extract the right file from that.
I reinstalled Webuilder2016 latest version, but no php or javascript snippets.
Hmm. That's not good at all. How Webuilder deletes my snippets? And why?
Any solution?
I still wait for an answer.
Codelobster has a stronger snippets module.
If I create snippets I can assign a keyword for autocomplete.
That would be a must have function in Webuilder too.
And it will be great to have it.
I am waiting for the solution, becouse I do not like to use Wbuilder plus Atom or Sublime Text.
Thanks !
Your snippets are stored in %appdata%\Blumentals\WeBuilder\settings\library.xml. If something has deleted the file then the snippets are gone. There is sometimes library.xml.bak file in the same folder - you could check if that exists and maybe still contains your disappeared snippets.
