Open Dialog default directory
The File Open and Save dialogs should default to the Project root dir the first time they are used after loading a project, or after the app starts if a project is open. At the moment they show the WeBuilder startup folder.

I'd prefer a button in the open dialog that says something along the lines of 'go to project root'. sometimes I'm opening things outside of the project and it'd be a pain if webuilder didn't open from the same folder I last opened from. More often, I'm in your situation, wishing it would default to the project folder but the 'jump to' option would be the perfect blend for my style of working at least.
