Hi there,
there seems to be a problem with the file exporer scrollbar.
When I try to drag one of the scrollbars, it drags the bar a little bit but then drags the selected file instead and resets the scrollbar position.
Also, when scrolling using the mouse wheel, the scrollbar stays at it's place.
This doesn't occur every time but often enough to be a bit nerve-wracking.

I am using the portable version of WeBuilder 2018 (version 15.3.0.205).

Thanks for the video, we managed to localize the problem and it will be fixed.
