When the screensaver loads & I have my mouse on a taskbar thumbnail preview window, the taskbar & thumbnail are not covered by the screensaver - why is that? I also noticed the same thing happen whenever I have task view opened.

I'm using Screensaver 7 with Windows 10 Pro.
I already disabled all the visual effects, so please don't recommend that.
Screensaver does not block taskbar & thumbnail previews
