Hello,
I'm trying to compare 2 files that reside on the same local drive.
I can chose the comparison file ok (Tools->Compare Files), but it throws an error: "File C:\Program not found."
I'm running WeBuilder 16.0.0.225 under Windows 10. WeBuilder is installed on my C: drive.

What external file comparison tool are you trying to use?
I'd recommend WinMerge. Its open-source.
