I use the annimator to set up rotating ads from my supporters. if possible I would like anyone to be able to click on the image and go directly to the URL of the company on the particular frame showing.

I saw this option somewhere but can't remember where

Unfortunately animated GIF format doesn't support linking for each frame. This is technologically impossible.
