Order Now Button that point to URL that show blank webpage

Hi,

I have entered the post URL into the software before creating the screensaver installation package for distribution.

Within the screensaver Registration window, I click the "Order Now" button and the browser pop up but the post webpage is blank. The product post page keeping loading showing the preloader. In the end the webpage is timeout showing an error message. I have checked the URL and confirmed nothing wrong with it because if I copy the same URL and paste it to the address bar in a new tab within the browser, the post page show exacting the contents that I have created earlier whereby visitor or buyer can click the Buy button to buy the screensaver.

Any expert in this forum that have facing similar issues too?

Maybe the site was down for a short while? The button seems to work for me.
