Screensaver not playing

Hello,

I have some troubles with the new version of the Software (V7.2). I make a screensaver using a corporate video, in the 'preview' everything works fine, once created it works well on my computer (Windows 10). The issue, on all other computers (Windows 10 + 7) the screensaver will not play, all the time a black screen.

We reinstalled the old version of the Software (V6.x) and everything works fine on my computer and on all other computers in the compagny.

Have you guys an idea where's the problem ?

Send them the screensaver, if we can't reproduce the black screen issue, we will try to work with you and hopefully either gain some kind of remote access for debugging or look some other ways to gain insight into what's going on on those computers.

The preview works well, and the final product runs smoothly on my PC (running Windows 10). The problem is that the screensaver doesn't work on any other machines (Windows 10 or Windows 7).
