I just tried to run the "Check for New Version" (I'm running 7.1.0.67) and I'm being told I already have the latest version.
How can I update "manually", since it appears the "Check for New Version" isn't working for me?
TIA!

Its more likely the 'server' hasn't been told there is a new version - Karlis probably has to update a file somewhere.
You can redownload the file using the same URL you got in the email when you purchased your application.
If you haven't got that location, let me know, and I'll drop you an email. For obvious reasons, it cannot be posted here.
