I'm evaluating 7.1.0.67 and I am able to use IE and Firefox in the internal preview function, but I cannot get Opera 9 to work internally (the Preview In option does work). How can I configure WeBuilder to use Opera 9?

The 'Preview in' should just fire up the browsers defined in the 'Preview >> Browsers' dialog

Click 'Options' -> 'Configure Browsers'.
Have you told WeBuilder where Opera lives?
If its left as 'opera.exe' (as in my screenshot above) then it won't work - it needs the full location, like Firefox has.
Please also note that v7.2 is now available, which fixes a small number of bugs. If you're evaluating v7.1, they may be affecting you.
