Please try to follow these guidelines. This will help to receive faster and more accurate response.
- Check the Support section of the corresponding product first. Chances are you will find your answer there;
- Do not create new topics for already reported problems. Add your comments to the existing topics instead;
- Create separate topic for each problem request. Do NOT post a number of non-related problem reports in a single topic;
- Give your topic a meaningful title. Titles such as "A question," "Bug report" and "Help!" provide others no clue what your message is about;
- Include the version number of the software you are using;
- This is not an official customer support helpdesk. If you need a prompt and official response, please contact our support team directly instead. It may take a while until you receive a reply in the forum;

Hi Karlis,
It's not happening as often as it did before
But the problem is when it happens, if I do the exact same steps again, it won't do it again, it is very very random, and I know just how hard these sort of problems are to track down.
As I said in my post above, one time I was simply pasting the code:
class="normal"
Into some existing <div>s in my HTML code, and it happened, but close down WeBuilder and try it again and it will be fine.
Still doesn't stop me using WeBuilder as it does everything I want
Cheers
Mike

Isn't it just typical, I say it's not happening as much then I get one!
Just had it in a new way:
Had 2 asp files open in WeBuilder, double-clicked another asp file from Windows Explorer which opened it in WeBuilder (.asp is associated with WeBuilder), the file loaded and then:
Access violation at address 0057900F in module 'webuild.exe'. Read of address 03CD8002
Closed error message and WeBuilder continued as if nothing is wrong!
Don't think I had any text highlighted in the open documents, at least when I went back to them no text was hightlighted.
It never seems to be the same circumstances.
And as I say, can't do it again.
I closed the 3rd file, closed WeBuilder, then opened WeBuilder again.
The 2 original files open automatically, went to Windows Explorer, double-clicked the same .asp file, and no error.
